Discussion
These are all clearly the same user, who have been persistently adding false (but often true-looking) information to List of programs broadcast by Adult Swim and various Adult Swim-related shows. Three accounts have been warned within the last few days: 209.244.31.188 was given a long-term final warning, which was followed by vandalism from the other active accounts. 209.244.31.188 and 63.215.29.46 have had multiple prior blocks, and WHOIS to the same ISP; 63.227.246.214 WHOISs to a different ISP in the same area (work account?), but includes similar types of sneaky vandalism. 209.244.31.182 was used early and has not been used in a couple months, and was never warned, but made the same kinds of edits.
