This IP has been blocked five times in somewhat recent history and is registered to Collier County Public Schools. It was blocked 7 times in this year alone. Here's a copy of the IP's block log:

Rejected. IP is blocked until next September, I'm not sure running an abuse report is really nessacary at this time. If you feel strongly that we should contact the school, feel free to relist. If similar vandalism starts appearing from other IP's owned by Collier Public Schools, or vandalism starts back up again after the block has expired, the definintely relist.
