Just came off 3 month block, immediately began vandalizing again Nardman1 21:11, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

long history of vandalism. IP is registered to Sacramento County Office of Education (per tag on talk page). IP has many warnings but curiously very few blocks. Apparently nobody bothered to report this user to WP:AIV. Nardman1 21:44, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
