  • User has history of vandalism since July 2006, and has been blocked on one occasion previously, for a short period of 48 hours. This has not deterred repeated vandalism. The user has received 3 'last warning' templates, and has been templated 18 times in total. There's no institutional link template places on this IP so it seems to be one (or possibly a few) disruptive individuals: a block would not, therefore, unduly affect a large number of contributors or potential contributors.

This abuse report has been rejected. Rejected. Not enough of a repeated, persistent history (only 1 block) to warrant an abuse report at this time, especially since this IP belongs to a regular ISP. --Darkwind (talk) 12:00, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
