Abutre's

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Abutre's 1% is a Brazilian motorcycle club. Formed in São Paulo in 1989 by Pateta, Luizão, Miltão, China and Reginaldo, the club has approximately 60 charters all over Brazilian states, Argentina, Spain, Japan, U.S.A and Portugal. The word abutre translates into English as vulture.

In spite of Abutre's youth, as compared to other traditional motorcycle clubs in the world, Abutre's is proud to carry the traditional philosophy of the 1%ers and to be the largest motorcycle club south of the equator[citation needed] , and the third largest in the world.[citation needed] All members are true motorcycle enthusiasts and would give their lives for the club.

Abutre's have clubhouses in each charter that are used for meetings, parties, and shelter for other members visiting or passing by.
