To aid in creating citations to the American Bureau of Shipping's Record Database.

[edit] Usage

At a minimum, the id field should be filled in with the id number displayed in the URL at ABS.

Typical use :

{{ABS name |id |vessel name| accessdate=2008-06-10 |year=2008 }}

Or for a specific subpage

{{ABS name |id |vessel name |subpage |accessdate=2008-06-10 |year=2008 }}

where subpage is one of hull, machinery, capacity, liftequipment, ownerManager, classSurvey, or statusSurvey.
