[edit] Halite

As far as I can tell, halite and rock salt are the same thing — so removing halite from your rock salt doesn't make any sense. Is this really what the EB says? Did its editors make a mistake? Is this article even worth keeping – i.e., was the term "Abraum salts" really in common use at any time in the past? (I'm leaning toward "keep" just to be on the safe side, but it's a very obscure stub.) --Quuxplusone 14:07, 6 September 2005 (UTC)
