Jpgordon blocked your for abusing multiple accounts, he as the ability to see your IP address and could see where you were abusing multiple accounts. In order to have other individuals review the matter, you may email your situation to "unblock-en-l@lists.wikimedia.org" or to appeal his original block and my decline, you may appeal it to the Arbitration Committee at "arbcom-l@lists.wikimedia.org".
