Abner Cotto Roman is a Puerto Rican boxer best known to win silver at featherweight at the 2007 Pan American Games. He is the second cousin of Miguel Cotto.
He beat American Luis del Valle and Brazilian Davi Sousa but lost in the final to Cuban star Idel Torriente 5:7.
At the world championships he lost to eventual runner-up Vasyl Lomachenko in the first round.
