The Ability Magazine is the publication targeting people who have difficulties using information technology. Originally it was a publication of the Disability Group of the British Computer Society, now by John Lamb Media Ltd, Norfolk, England

Their stated goals are:[1]

  • Inform our readers about technologies that will make a concrete difference to their quality of life
  • Help employers deploy systems that will enable them to employ and retain disabled individuals
  • Highlight organisations that demonstrate 'best practice’
  • Promote awareness of the legal obligations of employers to make their IT systems accessible.
