The logo for Aberdeen Grammar School. Obtained on Flickr. It meets the following fair-use criteria:

  1. No free alternative possible. (It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.)
  2. Illustrates (demonstrates) the corporate identity of the educational establishment being discussed
  3. Is being used in a functional rather than decorative manner
  4. Does not deprive educational establishment of ability to make money in any way. (It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.)
  5. The logo is not used in such a way the a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
