Aberdare Athletic Ground
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Aberdare Athletic Ground was a mixed sports venue in Aberdare, Wales, which was predominantly used for football. For some years it was the home of Aberdare Athletic F.C., who were members of the Football League between 1921 and 1927.[1][2]
It was also the venue of the first rugby league international played between Wales and New Zealand in 1908, with Wales winning 9-8.[3][4]
