Abdul-Rahman bin Nasir al-Barrak

A Saudi cleric, ‘Abdul-Rahman bin Nasir al-Barrak is a former professor at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a signatory to the Declaration to Stand Against Shi'a and American Aggression in Iraq from December 7, 2006.[1]
In 1994, he was quoted by Osama bin Laden's Open Letter to Shaykh Bin Baz on the Invalidity of his Fatwa on Peace with the Jews.
