Abdul Rahman al-Bazzaz (1913 - 1973) (Arabic: عبد الرحمن البزاز `Abd ar-Raḥman al-Bazāz) was an Iraqi administrator, dean of College of Law and politician. He served as the Secretary-General of OPEC between 1 May 1964 and 30 April 1965. He then became foreign minister for a few months in 1965. Later in 1965 he became Prime Minister of Iraq. He acted as Temporary President of Iraq for three days (13 April - 16 April 1966) following President Abd as-Salam Arif's death. Arif's brother, Abd ar-Rahman Arif, was then chosen as the permanent replacement. In August 1966, Bazzaz left the position of Prime Minister. He was succeeded by Naji Talib, who served from 1966 to 1967.
