Abbott's Frozen Custard is an ice cream franchise founded and based in Rochester, New York. The franchise has stores throughout New York state and two stores in Florida,[1] with plans to expand into the Orlando area.

Arthur Abbott began selling frozen custard in Rye Beach, NY in 1902. During the early 1900s, Abbott and brothers opened a store in the Charlotte neighborhood of Rochester, New York. The franchise eventually expanded around Rochester and beyond.
The slogan for Abbott's changes frequently, but a lasting slogan has been 'Gotta Have That Abbott's Habit'.
