Having dug into your past history, it seems like you've been previously identified as a North Carolina Vandal sockpuppet and considering that Northwinds Plaza (talk • contribs) was last active as of August 2006, I will not even consider unblocking you without you emailing [unblock-en-l] using your real ISP email address. Netsnipe has an excellent point. E-mail the unblock list with your REAL e-mail address. If you are truly intent on being a good contributor you cannot possibly have a problem with this.
