[edit] A Little off Topic

I know this is not the best place for it, but I haven't found better: There are two points in the novel that I didn't understand. Would someone who has read the book be kind enough to help me with my concerns? If yes, feel free to get in touch with me, either on my user page or by mail (samr__at__bluewin__dot__ch) and I will tell you what I didn't understand. Or you can also point me to a webforum related to le Carré's book, if this exists. Thanks in advance; I hate to finish a book hand have the sentiment that I didn't get it entirely...
