Why is this article not called A Looking Glass for London and England? Millichip 13:54, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Both the shorter and longer versions of the title are used in the scholarly and critical literature, and indeed in the original texts; the play first appears in the historical record when it was entered into the Stationers' Register, as "the lookinge glasse for London by Thomas Lodg and Robert Greene gent." (Chambers, Vol. 3, p. 328.) I chose the shorter title for simple accessibility — though I can understand that some would favor the longer. Ugajin 03:45, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
