Do you notice how, in the last picture, when the foreskin is retracted as far as it can go.... how the tip of the glans bends away from view? This is because the Frenulum is pulling tighter on the underneath. The skin on the top is looser as you can see. I cut through my frenulum because of this tendency. Now I can pull my foreskin back as far as this gentleman without the glans bending down to the same extent.
