A Collection is an compilation album by Anne Briggs.
The recordings are drawn from various albums 1963 - 1971. Issued on CD in 1999. Anne Briggs sings solo on most tracks. Anne plays guitar on "Blackwater Side", bouzouki on "Living by the Water" and "Willie o Winsbury". Johnny Moynihan plays bouzouki on "Willie o Winsbury", Ray Fisher sings on "The Doffing Mistress". All titles traditional except "Go Your Way" and "Living by the Water" both written by Anne Briggs.
