Asociación Deportiva Isidro Metapán or simply Metapán is a Salvadoran football club in Metapán, El Salvador. The club currently plays in the Primera División de Fútbol Profesional, which is the top tier football league in the country.
The club's mascot is the jaguar and plays its home matches in the Estadio Jorge Calero Suárez.

The team's history goes back to calero in the 1950s, they were founded by Adan Martinez and Professor Jose Castro. Under the name of Club Deportivo Isidro Menendez, They quickly became the most popular team in El Salvador. However they were unable to qualify to Primera División de Fútbol Profesional . Under a different club of CESSA they qualified to First division in 1986. Prior to the beginning of the competion A general meeting of partners and orgainsations, decided to rename the club CESSA por el de Metapán F. C. and changed their kit colours to Yellow shirt, blue shorts and white shorts. In their first two season they finished in 8th place with the help of the uruguayan Clemente Gussoni with 12 goals. In the 1988 season they finished in their position so far in 7th place with the help of Luis Francisco Sandoval, Ernesto Alfaro Peña and Walter Martínez. After the 91-92 season the club was relegated to Segunda División de Fútbol Salvadoreño after losing the race against Cojutepeque F.C..

The club had massive opportunity to return to the Primera División de Fútbol Profesional . when CESSA por el de Metapán F. C. and Club Deportivo Isidro Menendez merged to form A.D. Isidro Metapán and returned to Primera Division in 2001, After they defeated Jorocco F.C. 3-2 in the final promotion. Since being promoted they have achieved great consitence playing in four semi-finals, two finals and apeared in their first final in the 2005 Apertura which they lost to the Vista Hermosa. A.D. Isidro Metapán greatest moment in their history came in the 2007 Clausura when they defeated C.D. Luis Angel Firpo 1-0 in extra time to win their first and so far only title.
