The A2022 is a non-primary a road in England. It runs south from West Wickham in the South London borough of Bromley through Addington and Purley before entering Surrey and heading through Upper Woodmansterne, Banstead, Epsom Downs and finally Epsom.

The road at Epsom is home to the Upper High Street which includes a large Odeon cinema and the Laine Theatre Arts. Also on the road are Epsom College, Croydon High School, John Ruskin College, Shirley Wanderers RFC and the Wickham Theatre
