"Illegal to make the trip without a waiver" takes on a different meaning in the eastern DRC. They don't even have a reliable manifest of passengers, let alone cargo.
Regarding the edit about the age of the DC9, are not an editorial. We are an encyclopedia. We would only bring up that concept if a notable person says that about the DC9 case. See Wikipedia:No original research and Wikipedia:NPOV. WhisperToMe (talk) 06:07, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
