There are no disrespect issues, the problem is your edits appear to be unsourced and difficult to understand. Could you please clarify what you are trying to do? GDonato (talk) 14:09, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
Every single one of my edits seems to be reverted by some members of this commenity - all because of a simple misunderstanding at my end. I understood that this was an open community - and all I was trying to do was to contribute my knowledge.

I see what happened, thank you for the link to your other IP address - I had seen that you had incorrectly added a link at the top of the article for an alternative title, and at the time I was unsure of your intention - however, I see what you are trying to do now. (EC) I assume then that this IP is also you? In answer to your question, I reverted your change to Gastrointestinal tract because the template at the top refers readers to other uses of the word gut which as you can see redirects to the gastro tract article. It does not therefore bear any relation to the content of the article being more a technical addition, necessary for users looking for the various pages listed at GUT. As to why I deleted your comment off my talkpage, edits such as [1] are hardly the hallmark of a serious editor looking for a genuine response. Thanks for your response. The problem with your edit was that you failed to provide a reliable source which, given the nature of your edit, was important. I hope you can see how I mistook your addition to be unconstructive but I think possibly you were reffering to Pooh (coastal battery) with the slightly different spelling? As you can see, that article redirects to the main aritcle Cross-Channel guns in the Second World War so a link at the top would only being the reader back to the main article and is thus unnneccesary.
