Hi, I'm not affiliated to them. They're my ISP and I thought it would be nice to add their case. I reposted the article without the URL and with info on the specific legal arangements as I've seen that NPVR has caused legal issues around the world. I added the URL because there is no article on Wikipedia regarding On Telecoms. I also added a thread on the discussion page, whether the link should be used or not.
