- I'm very sorry that you have not responded to my offer of help on your 19andy91 account. Evading your block by not logging in is not acceptable. You cannot continue to edit Wikipedia until you address the concerns raised and agree to the terms I laid out. I'm sorry, but this IP address has now been blocked and further attempts to edit from this or other accounts will be blocked. Please, we are trying to work with you to help resolve this.
