Request reason: "Blocking me (by user: coelacan) was BIASED and unjustified. The same user overlooked edits by user:Kuban kazak (reported: [1]), in which he called Estonians 'fascist pigs'. (see this link). My edit - probably basis for blocking me by user: coelacan - was a mere reaction to this ugly behaviour by the so-called kuban kazak (whose user page still contains political propaganda of the worst kind: [2]). Not to forget, I am a resident of Tallinn and have made accurate and acceptable contributions to the article Bronze Soldier of Tallinn and would like continue doing so. 90.190.56.10 19:29, 28 April 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "No. – Luna Santin (talk) 19:47, 28 April 2007 (UTC)"

Request reason: "'No!' - why, if I may ask? But this was (is: [3]) absolutely acceptable? 90.190.56.10 19:49, 28 April 2007 (UTC)"
Decline reason: "If you'd like to apologize for harassing other users, do so. If you'd like to continue that harassment, you're going to stay blocked. – Luna Santin (talk) 19:56, 28 April 2007 (UTC)"
