In my opinion there are all the elements to keep the article. Everything is verifiable, the sources are cited and existing. I do not understand why a theory should be delated. In universities Canegrati's formulae are discussed in Public Economics courses. Otherwise everyone could cancel any article on the base that "it is not an established theory", which is a personal evaluation, not a common belief.
