Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and write articles, however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 87.194.26.232). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view to edit the article; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do that.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted texts, advertisement messages, and texts that are not related to that article. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism. A user who repeatedly vandalises articles will be blocked from editing.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.

Please do not add commercial links — or links to your own private websites — to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.236.199.42 (talk • contribs)

[edit] Sorry
Sorry, we were probably a little hasty with the temporary block on this account this morning, as there is a good chance that you weren't aware of Wikipedia's guidelines on adding external links. The problem is that adding a lot of links to one website is usually considered spam linking (see Wikipedia:Spam) and it can take a bit of work for other editors to remove them all. Looking at your past good edits on gardening related subjects, I feel sure that your links to gardenvisit.com were well intentioned. As such I've lifted the block and invite you to continue editing, but please don't add any more links to gardenvisit.com for the moment.
In general, Wikipedia prefers not to link to external sites — we would much rather have the information contained within the encyclopedia where it can grow over time. It is not always easy to decide when an external links is the best approach, you might like to check over the further guidelines at Wikipedia:External links, or feel free to drop me a note on my talk page for any further advice. -- Solipsist 16:49, 27 November 2005 (UTC)
