How about you get an account and not edit OOXML to take cheap shots, it is hard enough as it is. Charles Esson 00:12, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

I am not sure how to add a response. It was unintentional that I made this change while anonymous. I was switching back and forth between Internet Explorer and Firefox, and didn't realize that I was logged in on Firefox and not logged in on I.E. I don't know how to go back and "claim" a change after the fact. Is that possible?

Anyway, the important part of the change was not the reference. I am certainly not alone as an ISV objecting to OOXML, but I added the reference as a demonstration that there was at least one. If you like, I'll find some others. In any case, it is patently ridiculous that only those who are supporters of free software and direct competitors of Microsoft object to this. Many others, including ISVs, government agencies and analysts are disturbed by the process, even though many of us are not part of a free software movement. I am a commercial ISV, do plenty of work with Microsoft as well as IBM and other software vendors, and don't particulerly favor free software (I certainly don't give any away). So, where does a company such as mine fall within this description?
