[edit] Anonymous opinions in RfAs

Dear anonymous editor, I'm not sure if you're aware of the policies and guidelines relating to the requests for adminship process, but anonymous editors, are not counted when expressing support or opposition. This does not mean you cannot participate in discussion, but just that your opinion of support or opposition will not be listed in the numerical counting. I've moved your comment in so it is not numbered, but you may wish to log in if you have an established username, to have your opinion counted. Cheers, ArielGold 16:03, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your comment. I'll try notify next time if I indent a anon. vote again. Thanks! --Hirohisat 紅葉 00:23, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Administrators' Noticeboard

Can you cease your campaign of winding up Ned Scott immediately? Sam Blacketer 23:34, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

I've blocked you for 24 hours for trolling on AN/I. Please take the time to reconsider this type behaviour, and feel free to edit constructively tomorrow. Maxim(talk) (contributions) 23:47, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Please show me where I was "trolling". Plz also note I stopped editing that page nearly half an hour ago. 86.29.39.5 23:49, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
You filled the 3RR report 7 minutes ago! And most of your behaviour at AN/I, especially concerning Ned, was disruptive. Maxim(talk) (contributions) 23:51, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Erm, you said I was trolling AN/I... that's not 3RR. He broke the rules. Why am I blocked? 86.29.39.5 23:52, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Oh well it doesn't bother me too much, thank goodness I'm not a new user you just blocked. This is not good behaviour, on your part Maxim. I'll just have to reset my router and I'll be reassigned a new IP, so it's no problem to me lol. 86.29.39.5 23:54, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
I don't suggest that course of action. I will range-block you, need be, and not for a day; for a few months. Maxim(talk) (contributions) 23:56, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
I don't suggest that course of action either - your block will affect potentially thousands of potential editors, just because you thought I was trolling. That would be yet another poor decision on your part. 86.29.39.5 23:58, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Well... Are you getting a new IP or not? I think I found one of your older IP's, and we have interacted before. Right? Maxim(talk) (contributions)
Which one? 86.29.39.5 00:01, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RFA Comments

In your recent vote, you called my vote ridiculous, I can consider it a personal attack, but I wont. Please stop. And a reminder, your vote should only go in the disscusion area, not the actual vote area. Your Grace Lord Sir Dreamy of Buckland tm 11:58, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

And (s)he was right to do so. His/her comment had made much more sense than yours, and, frankly, your oppose should be discounted, not the anons. Thank you. Maxim(talk) (contributions) 12:28, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
I have as much right to vote as anyone. Your Grace Lord Sir Dreamy of Buckland tm 01:38, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
P.S.: My vote did make sense, a lot of people have been "shot down" for the reasons that I stated. Your Grace Lord Sir Dreamy of Buckland tm 01:38, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RFA Supports/Oppose

Please read the important tag directly above the discussion section, in that tag it clearly states that anonymous editors cannot comment in the support, oppose and neutral sections of the RFA. If you wish to add your comment there please log in or create an account--AFUSCO 13:30, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RfA thank-spam

Thank you!
Heh. I have no idea if you're still using this IP or if you've registered an account, but thanks for your help in my RfA. It hammered home a few things I need to keep in mind while admining and passed with a final tally of 40/0/4; two people forgot to vote in time, leaving me short of that exquisite number :-(, but I'll just have to fudge the next vote about me. Adminship feels slightly august but not particularily exalted, so I shall endeavour to consider it a toolkit and make sincere efforts to know what I'm doing before using it. If you later on have something to say or want to ask for --
