I saw you wonder why players such as Raymond Kopa are not in the List of foreign Ligue 1 players; I give you some resaons here:
- Some of them were born in France, such as Raymond Kopa, and because of that are French (although they can have Polish nationality, too).
- For the players born in Poland: most of them moved to France at a young age, and were brought in France, obtaining French citizenship.
But if you know that a French-Polish player has moved to France during his playing career, and can prouve it with a reliable reference, add him in the talk page at Talk:List of foreign Ligue 1 players, and we will decide whether he can be added to the list.
