Are we to assume you are the L.Gow whose personal experience you cited? The problem is that first-hand testimony is not a WP:RS. Wikipedia wants references to be verifiable by anyone who can look them up, and obviously we can't all call you and interview you, even if we knew who you are or how to reach you. If you've written up your experience and published it somewhere, in a newspaper, journal, or even a web page, you can cite that. (Self-published web pages aren't the most reliable sources, but if the claim itself is plausible, and nobody challenges it, it's OK.) -- Zsero (talk) 07:08, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
