Speedy deletions have very specific criteria. You can read about the different ones we have at WP:CSD. Your options for deletion at this point are either to WP:PROD the article or to take it to WP:AFD. PROD is a method where you tag the article and if nobody disagrees after 5 days, it can be deleted without discussion by an admin. AFD is the forum in which we determine if there is community consensus to delete an article.
