[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 19:49, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WP:LEGAL

First off I would like to ask you if you were making a legal threat here: [1]? At Wikipedia we do not permit legal threats. Please read WP:LEGAL to get a good idea of what can and cannot be done in terms of litigation. We also have another policy, conflict of interest, that frowns upon users whom are directly/indirectly related to the article's topic/subject making major changes. Since you are the alleged creator of the game you have a conflict of interest. It's suggested that you discuss all major changes on the article's talk page and gain a consensus as to whether the change should be implemented. Thank you. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me. ScarianCall me Pat 22:12, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

I used a semi-automated program to revert your edit. It picked it up and assumed it was vandalism. Please read above... if you are related directly/indirectly in an article's topic/subject you are advised to discuss major changes on the article's discussion page. Please read WP:COI for more information. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. ScarianCall me Pat 22:48, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] How to approach

To answer your question in Wikipedia:Editor assistance/Requests, it's best to discuss the problems on the article talk page as well as tag the article to identify the problem areas and notify others of the problems. Wikipedia:Template_messages/Disputes is a list of such tags, describing their use. --Ronz (talk) 01:50, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi Jon. Further to your question at Editor Assistance: if there are problems with any other articles relating to you, and there might appear to be a conflict of interest with you editing it, consider posting your concerns at the Wikiproject video games talk page for someone to take a look. Chances are it'll get sorted very quickly. Cheers, Miremare 18:06, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
