Hi, I appreciate your interest in the article Rydberg formula, but Wikipedia is not the place to criticize mainstream. If you prefer semi-classical theories, there is a good book by Lorenzo Curtis, "Atomic Structures and Lifetimes: A conceptual approach". You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Rydberg formula. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period.
