Hi. Sorry, I didn't realise you added more information in the edit, I thought it was just a formatting edit. Regarding the section in general, it is grossly under-cited and hence unverifiable. How is the average reader going to verify that "Recently Sainsbury's has begun to employ a PR Ambassador per store..." It is also plain wrong in places, e.g. "Sainsbury's considers fresh Produce its most important department, so it allows for the most staff and stock availability" - customer services is easily the largest dept. in large stores.
