[edit] HMS Hood and Robin Hood
Thank you for your interest in the HMS Hood (51) article. I was greatly surprised by your assertion that the Hood is often erroneously believed to be named for Robin Hood. I have been reading about the Hood for over 30 years and have never come across this error before. Can you cite an example of such a statement in a published source (either printed or on-line)? You may post a reply here if you wish; I have added this page to my watchlist.
