[edit] Regarding your recent contribution to Hairspray (2007 film)
Hi, I recently reverted one of your edits to Hairspray (2007 film), and I just wanted to explain the reasoning behind it to you. You see, according to the style guidelines for film articles, the plot sections of a film article should not exceed 900 words. Presently, the plot section of Hairspray (2007 film) is 897 words long, so, in an effort to mantain the good article status, a few other editors and I have been trying to keep all information that isn't essential to an understanding of film out of the plot section. While there was absolutely nothing wrong with the information you added, it is possible to understand the overall film without knowing that she's taking a leave of abscense because she's pregnant, and it may actually provide a nice laugh to users who decide to see the film after reading this article. Anyway, thanks for being understanding about this, and if you have any questions feel free to ask. —Mears man 13:29, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
