This address has a long history of spamming these photo websites, and has ignored many warnings. We're just not prepared to permit the abuse of wikipedia as a vehicle for advertising or search-engine cheating. This IP has only made spam edits since April, all clearly by the same person, and previous warnings and blocks have been ignored.
