[edit] Darren Hayes image

Hi, thanks for contacting me about how to upload a new image of Darren Hayes onto Wiki. First of all if the image is from MySpace then the copyright would most likely be owned by Darren himself. As you have already contacted the artist to ask for permission, when you go to the upload page just select "The copyright holder gave me permission to use this work only in wikipedia article". It would be a good idea to also add this template {{fair use rationale}} to the summary section and state that the permission has been given by the artist so that the image can be used on Wiki.
