Considering a vast number of Lost fans do see Nikki and Paulo as third season "edits" to the show and that several groups have been created to criticize the characters (much like the Usenet group alt.wesley.die.die.die was created to express fan hatred of Star Trek: The Next Generation character Wesley Crusher), shouldn't fan hatred at least be mentionned in the article ? (Please note that the mitigated reception of Wesley Crusher by Star Trek fans is an important part of the article dealing with the character)

It appears that edits that do mention fan hatred of the characters are reverted - vandalism therefore seems as good a solution as any to remind wikipedia readers that said hatred does, in fact, exist. -- JJH
