Here is the conversation between Elizabeth Edwards and I communicating through Flickr mail seeking permission to use a picture for the "Seventh Inning Stretch" article:

Peter Jack: "....Cubs fans at Wrigley Field are notorious for the Seventh Inning Stretch. It is only accurate to have Cubs fans at Wrigley singing the stretch as the picture on Wikipedia, wouldn't you agree? Your picture - www.flickr.com/photos/brixton/461505843/ - would be PERFECT! May I have permission to put it on Wikipedia? And giving you full credit, of course. Please give me a little further info for credit if you wouldn't mind the picture being used."

Elizabeth Edwards: "Sure thing! My name is Elizabeth Edwards - feel free to credit me and link back to my photo stream if you'd like..."

Peter: "Well I had it all setup and ready to go, but then I noticed it was deleted because it has a "Non-Commercial Use Restriction."....If you wouldn't mind waiving the restriction for this photo then it would be set to go...."

Elizabeth: "I changed it to the Attribution Creative Commons license"
