Richard Greene
Hi, 7o9 (excellent name - a co-worker of mine is Jeri Ryan's cousin). Regarding "wikifying" the Richard Greene article, basically you want to take the resume information and organize it into logical sections, with section headers, e.g.:
[edit] Music genre
Green plays authentic Old Time fiddle music ...etc etc
[edit] Major Festival Performances as Headliner
- Telluride
- Durango Meltdown
- Mayfest (Scotland)
- Wind Gap
- Winterhawk (now Grey Fox)
- MerleFest
- RockyGrass
- Live Oak
- Winfield
- Old Settlers
- Strawberry
- Supergrass
- Blythe
- Mayville
- Sedona
[edit] Awards
- Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Performance of the Year (1997)
- Grammy Nomination for Best Bluegrass Recording of the Year (1998)
- International Bluegrass Music Association Award: Recorded Event of the Year
- International Bluegrass Music Association Nomination: Instrumental Band of the Year
- Honorary Kentucky Colonel
If you want to see how I made the headers, wikipedia links, and bulletted lists, click "Edit This Page" at the top of this page (this page being your Discussion page) and you'll see the "source text". Use two equal signs (==) around text to make a header. ALWAYS start text without a space before it or else:
it turns out like this.
See also Wikipedia:How_to_edit_a_page.
Let me know if you have any other questions! I'd love to see the page after you've wikified it. -- Gekritzl 22:26, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
