[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Treygit S.JPG

Thanks for uploading Image:Treygit S.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Remember the dot (talk) 02:57, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:TreygitSMcrop.jpg and Image:TreygitLcrop.jpg

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images, however, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reason, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. Please note that we take very seriously our criteria on non-free image uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. - These were both copies of an image which you had previously uploaded as "fair use". You may not apply a public domain license to an image which you don't hold the copyright on. Please do not re-upload this image unless you can prove you own the copyright & are willing to release it under a free license. --Versageek 03:17, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
