To suggest that Russia operates through Wikipedia is nonsensical. I am not interested in continuing this conversation, either with you or with User:Ttturbo. Both I and, especially, User:JimDunning have tried to explain how Wikipedia works, and have been met with open disbelief. It is obvious that this is the blocked user User:Ttturbo, based on the contribution history, so this IP has been blocked yet again per policy.
