This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "administrator sanchom blocked 6,114 ip addresses to prevent user sallyforth123 from using multiple addresses to edit entries. i have been using at least one of those 6,114 addresses but i am not the user who was intended to be blocked. it is wrong to censor innocent people from adding to or editing entries on wikipedia. please email me at [email removed] to resolve this. thanks."

Decline reason: "What Luna said, please contact unblock-en-l to request a user account. This account will not be affected by this block. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. — Spartaz Humbug! 14:16, 15 September 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

Please wait as I contact the blocking admin. Sandstein 06:44, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
As another option, the block is anon-only, so you may be able to contact mail:unblock-en-l to request that a list member create an account to enable you to edit. – Luna Santin (talk) 01:54, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
The block, as you can see from this report

was

  • 18:06, 3 September 2007 Sanchom (Talk | contribs) blocked "76.203.48.0/22 (Talk)" (anon. only, account creation blocked) with an expiry time of 2 weeks ‎ (Abusing multiple accounts: see Category:Suspected_Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_SallyForth123 still creating accounts from IPs)

but it should be easy to work around. This kind of block ("anon. only, account creation") does not effect people who are logged in. If you have an account, then just log in. Otherwise, you just have to register an account. If you have any other access to the Internet (dial-up, a public library, an internet cafe, a friend) then register an account via that connection. Then log in and ignore this block.--Creekfrog 16:28, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
