[edit] Offensive
I'll have to check out the style manual, but there is a problem if you can't use the name that has been consistenlly used regardless of its offensiveness by contemprory standadars. Not meaning to be sarcstice but your standard would call for changin NAACP to NAAPoC. Would you consier using the official name and inserting (sic) after it to indicate that it is considered offensive by many people currently.
