[edit] Anthrax attacks . . .
Dear editor: In attempting to improve the Anthrax Attacks article, I removed some material from the lead paragraph which (it seems to me) is not of sufficient importance to be in the lead (it is only the opinion of Sen Leahy, after all) and, in fact, is covered elsewhere in the story. You reverted my deletion twice. Can you go to the Discussion page for that article and tell the WikiP community why it is so important that the material be both in the lead and in the body of the story as well? Also please go to WP:TRR if you have not already done so. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 15:44, 28 November 2007 (UTC).
George,
I don't think the undo had anything to do with the editors. The same thing was done to "improvement" changes I made, and they were done by the same person.
The anthrax investigation article is maintained largely by conspiracy theorists, and they use everything they can find that supports their conspiracy theory. Removing something they posted would be viewed as an attack upon their way of viewing things.
