You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (76.114.0.105) is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome!
Also, see Wikipedia: References--you have not sourced some of your statements! On the other hand, thank you very much for helping in any way you can.

- To clarify, the only unsourced statements I saw were in Pre-dreadnought battleship--but that was the only article I looked at that you had edited-- =D --but regardless, thank you for your effort. the_ed17 11:57, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] List of United States military leaders by rank
Re: edits made here to List of United States military leaders by rank. See Wikipedia:MOS#Strong_national_ties_to_a_topic. "American" is a more appropriate adjective to describe that war, instead of "US". — MrDolomite • Talk 23:15, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
- Canadians consider themselves to be Americans; US immigration officers at the POE (Point of Entries) asked for US citizenship; North, Central, and South Americans are not to be confused with United States citizenship. US military canteens, and other uniform items are marked US. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.114.0.105 (talk • contribs) 00:56, May 4, 2008
- While I do not disagree that there are many instances where "US" is used instead of "American", probably properly so, American Civil War is the name of the article on WP. The other names for that conflict have been linked back to American Civil War so that the naming is consistent throughout WP. Because it is so wide ranging, a larger forum such as Wikipedia talk:MOS would be appropriate to discuss a naming style change. — MrDolomite • Talk 13:17, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
